Guys ,
I've just started gym'ing again after years of sedentary lifestyle since leaving uni and have chosen Stronglifts as a starter program.
It's been 4 weeks but my Overhead press hasn't budged an inch and i'm starting to get demotivated. I've started with an empty bar (20kg) but am still stuck at 25kg (2.5kg plates). I continue to fail at this (usually by the 3rd set ) and am wondering if there are any steps /training to overcome this.
Other lifts are progressing fine but this is just bumming me out ..
