helo , lately i saw those notebook came with dual core , quite cheap
the Asus RM1499 if im not wrong
the Acer with 2GB DDR3 only RM1299 if im not wrong

Not just from Asus and Acer, in fact many brands are selling them i.e. Lenovo, Toshiba, Fujitsu etc.
They should be good enough for regular usage, no problems there...
Both FreeDOS and Windows version are available for most brands

can you gimme some model among the netbook that is overall good x)

Netbook basically refers to "notebooks" which are 10 inches in size...
Most netbooks are not very powerful and are quite slow in terms of performance... so its better to choose the ones with a comparatively more powerful processor, you can take a look at Asus Eee PC 1015PEM

Personally I don't really recommend netbooks, I'd prefer 11.6-12.1 inchers with more power without sacrificing too much portability

There's quite a few good 11.6-12.1 inchers out there e.g. Asus Eee PC 1215N, Acer 1830TZ, Toshiba Portege T210, Dell M101z etc. etc.
Mind telling your budget?

Hmm, as far as I know there's no 11.6 inchers which costs RM1300
Dell M101z starts at RM1499

Within m101z, 1830TZ, and 1215.
I tink 1830TZ is the most powerful among these 3 model.

13R with i3-370M is much powerful than atom variant
in fact, i3-370M is 2nd fastest processor in the same family (i3-380M)
