a) Still no bad comments since it still new in the market.. b) 1GB and 2GB won't have big difference, but GT420M and GT435M does, GT435M is overclocked version GT420M...

may i know the difference between them? as above, only the gc is diff but which is better its the same price though ><

4820TG has better GPU 4820TG has thinner profile 4820TG has bigger capacity battery
In short, take 4820TG unless you are nVidia lover...

oh ok thx for the info maybe its acer business tactic to make both same price lol btw do u think that now is a good time to buy laptop or wait until next year since 2 more months only =.= not really in hurry but if new models are coming in a "long" time, i guess will just buy now ><

Well, by next year there's the ATi HD6000 series, AMD's Fusion and Intel's Sandy Bridge... Just follow the rule, buy when you need it...

another question, intel i7 and 435M will generate more heat compare to i5 and 420M?

Taking other factors as constant, yes, the i7 and 435M will generate more heat...

which 1 u prefer dell or hp,,,, or do u have any other laptop brand recommend me?
and i prefer 15 inch budget 3.5k

dell xps 15 is it good enough for working on autocad 3d and photoshop actually i heard abt dell has some problems what do u think?
and which one better i7-740QM or 5-460M Processor ? and i know that i7 generate more heat so maybe this can be disadvantage

Well, indeed i7 will generate more power, but with more performance, more heat as well...
Good enough is certainly subjective question, it would depends on your standards on what is good enough... But for me, its good enough.
