Hi, i want to buy a laptop. Around 1.5~1.6k. Any recommendation. I don't play game at all, all i want to do is just doing documentary stuff and surfing internet. I don't prefer netbook because the screen is too small.

The lower price the better.

Hi, I'm looking for a laptop meant mainly for running 3D applications and video editing works. Apps that I plan to use include Autodesk Maya, Adobe AE and Premiere or other high end video editing programs (Shake/Nuke/etc). Gaming is an added plus but not the main priority.

Could you recommend a lappie? Brand is not a concern although if possible, a brand that's trustworthy in terms of reliability and good customer service would be nice. =D
