who knows what is maxis policy for changing newly purchased samsung galaxy? i just tested my geleksi today on the headset and realized that its not working properly. I suspect its the jack because the supplied headset & mine do not work, had to push very very delicate to find a proper contact then the sound will come. Radio also the same, and phone calls too. Bought this on monday...

QUOTE(hxcpride @ Oct 7 2010, 05:11 PM) haha ihad the same problem before too its not the headset, did i mention that i tried it with my other headset? anyway, my point is, is there any such policy by maxis saying that they will give a on to one swap or regardless of it being newly purchased, i still have to send to samsung support center?you might want to try it out with "good" or " better" ear phones plugs to enjoy the music from your SGS |

QUOTE(janov @ Oct 7 2010, 05:16 PM) if you serach hard enough, you would find out the reason people root their android phones, here's a link below which you can refer to : if we reset the phone to factory default, will this undo the rooting or merely revert back all the setting to original?http://lifehacker.com/5342237/five-great-r...r-android-phone anyway rooting is up to you, i personally have not done it yet but will consider it when i have more time in my hands but as far as the warranty issues it concerned, as mentioned many times in this forum if there are issues after rooting, you can always flash back to the stock firmware and send back to samsung for warranty claim. |
