Just for sharing, there is a new app called Android Manager WIFI which can help you connect wirelessly to your PC and sync. Can sync with Outlook as well (Good for Kies hater ~ no offence, I don't like kies too). Can saves all your sms, and you can even send sms from your PC too. Can manage all your apps, files, musics, videos, etc.. But it is in BETA. I have tested it and everything works. So far so good.. You can find it in AppBrain.. Here is the link though:

Went to my Google Account on the PC, then to Calendar. On the left pane, I see 'my calendar' and 'other calendars'. Under 'other calendars', I click on ADD and choose 'browse interesting calendars'.

Then, just find 'Malaysian Holidays' and subscribe to it. After a while, on the phone, I can see it under 'Calendar & Sync' in Calendar settings/properties.

Note - I have Google email, contacts and calendar sync turned on for my phone.
