QUOTE(silentser @ Oct 5 2010, 06:10 AM) ok, here is my suggestion, seeing you have flashing many times before, do the wipe battstat method, i did this after every flash, or a week or two of usage. and i getting good batt life, really good in my opinion, I'm using astro file manager and I don't find anything under /data. My sgs is rooted and I've enabled the show hidden files option as well. Anything I'm doing wrong?easier method: find root explorer or any explorer that can go into the system folder, then just navigate to /data/system/ and delete the batterystats.bin its the same thing, but still do the charging though, for my way, i charge until it full first, delete, then charge with turn on until full, turn off then charge until full, reason for doing this: its no use what power you battery have, if it thinks it have less power, then it will shutdown, this is wipe the memory of phone about the battery, so the real power is shown. i say this greatly improve my battery. another thing to remember is the usage, maybe you dont do calls, dont do sms or gaming much, but how about the data connectivity? wifi? how often you turn on your display, and are yous sure you off the gps or not. this suck batt as well. ow, and do remember that your launcher also sucks batt, i've use LG optimus launcher and my phone only last half of the day, it sucks 5% or so in one hour |

And what's the function of this app? I tried googling it but i can't find any relevant info to android. |

QUOTE(mengsuan @ Oct 16 2010, 03:52 PM) Using Samsung naked Mine's naked as well. 3 months w/out any scratch on the screen but the back part has many small 'scars'. Btw the screen is not 100% scratch proof. My friend's SGS and another friend's IP4 has tiny scratches already. But can only be seen in very bright lights and a certain angle.Need some patience. You must use sticky tape on your fingers to lift the protector and then remove dust. |

Hi. Does anyone use JuiceDefender here? Seems like a very useful app. I'm just worried about the lags issues from the reviews i've been reading. It was mentioned that this app slows down the phone. Another thing is that the APN can be easily enabled and disabled by just simple widgets. Using the trial version now. Any feedbacks? Thanks.
