803.pit
First, you'll experience some slowness, and then everything will work smooth. And maybe after installing OCLF, gonna be much smoother than b4. This post has been edited by Leo the Lion: Oct 8 2010, 04:08 PM |

QUOTE(fongwei @ Oct 8 2010, 05:58 PM) u flash the firmware with odin, thx, it work without a hassle! Installing OCLF now. PDA, CSC, phone, re-partition all ticked. after u successfully flash with JP1. then need to use the odin to Rooting is pain in the ass, but easy as that: - put update.zip in /sdcard - flash i9000_Kernel.tar (no repartition, no reboot) - pull the battery - pull the usb cord - insert the battery, go into recovery mode (volup+home+power), should state recovery <2e> or something similar - run update.zip - pull the battery when device rebooting (showing GT-I9000) - flash I9000DXJP1_Kernel.tar (no repartition, with auto reboot) (instruction similar to JPH/JPK, should work here. hope is useful for u all i use 2 days to search the link and try and error only can root |
