Is samsung galaxy s the best phone from samsung so far? how is it.. planning to get it from maxis

anybody know about the promotion by maxis? only rm1099 for any value plan n 3gb data plan... how much is the 3gb data plan? couldnt find on their site

about the wifi prob im having.. whenever i connect to wifi.. after within 1 min, sure disconnect d...
