how prone are we to be affected by spyware if we kept to only install app from Market? is it still that vulnerable if user only restrict himself to get app directly from Market, and not from anywhere else?

yep. agreed with risk.yo. better to have scratches on your screen protector rather than the screen/digitizer itself.... imagine the cost to change your screen (remember that it is usually not just a screen but instead a digitizer, that's what makes the screen itself quite mahal  )

desperate then just root, then install openfire rom leh. then u get urself a froyo-based wildfire. or, u can alwez go to developer.htc.com, d/l the froyo kernel for wildfire, then .configure & make ur own custom ROM
