STEP:
======
1. Download and run the exe file. (attach usb to phone with USB debugging)
2. On the Welcome screen, click Next to begin the RUU installation.
3. Check the listed instructions in the dialog box and make sure you have done them. Click Next to proceed.
4. A message will then be displayed indicating that the utility is verifying and acquiring information about the Android phone as preparation for the update process. Wait for this verification process to be finished.
5. After the verification process, current information about the Android phone will be displayed. Click Update to proceed.
6. Information about the current image version and the new image update version will be displayed. If you are sure that you want to install the new RUU, click Next to proceed.
7. A confirmation message will appear and show the time it will take to install the necessary files (including radio image) to the Android phone. Click Next to begin the update. A progress bar will run through the screen during the update process.
8. RUU update is complete. Click Finish to exit the utility.

Hey guys, been having problems with my Wildfire.

Sometimes it won't let me type. Pressing the keys doesn't produce any letters or anything. And if I change input methods, none of them works. So I'll have to restart the phone.

Anybody experience this? I apologize if my explaination is a bit weird / out.

who wants skyfire can pm bro cheehing... i got it from him, dropbox sharing...

can i know how to setup d htc sync? downloaded and installed it and yet...it show "No device connected" in the htc sync and "unable to find htc sync on your PC". tried to search for solution but cant find any. usin windows vista.. ..is there any other way to install 3rd party apps without htc sync?

Before u connect your wildfire to PC, do this on wildfire: menu>setting>application>development> tick USB debugging. You are now ready sync you wildfire with HTC Sync 3

No,you can't copy apps to sd card without rooting your wildfire (need app2sd).

already enable tat debug thing. i create a new folder in d sd card...and copy apps into it.manage to install all d apps and use it. =]

any1 here has a fix for the android market?

i've encounter this problem too. its mention that the app will be downloaded but its not instant. then i just leave it be. after sometimes, it just give a notification that the app has been already been installed successfully

all cheehing upload app is on the 1st post. just download it, try it, and send regards to cheehing

lol. i hav successful unroot my wildfire. u guys can try. but make sure yours software infromation is same with my. cos the RUU is for the software information only.

Why you unroot your phone?

to test can unroot or not. if want warranty then can unroot back mah. now i hav root back to froyo already.
