Problem is Malaysians don't work smart, don't think in structured ways, and bosses have no sense of work/life balance. So end up "Malays are lazy, Chinese just talk kok politiks all the time"

This all = how the f Malaysia can start becoming developed country of course people think twice before investing here.

They all watch too much Hong Kong drama must also have drama drama at work all the bloody time.

Seriously though the issue is Malaysian work culture.

In Aust. Sure 5pm shutdown PC go to bar for a beer but usually because didnt waste time and finished their work. Just a small anecdote.

Not generalising, just pissed at some people at my office. Some Chinese workers I know are alright. Can't generalise too much.

Well they must have done something right, the country has been relatively alright through the past 15 years and through major global economic strife. Some Aussies work hard, some smart, some are slackers. But things are more organised, that helps maybe.
