Hi,

A valid job offer is something in writing.  If you are offer a job, ask how much is the salary, what is the working hours, what is the benefit, what is the bonus and so on.  Ask for an offer letter and say you will get back with a decision in X number of days.

If the salary is less than what you desire, see my earlier post and how to ask for more in a tactful fashion..

Should I still ask for an offer letter though there's a high percentage that I might turn the offer down ?
