DUH! Dont expect others to tell something about yourself. Ask yourself. Dont tell me u dont know about yourself? Well one tip for you. Tell things that are relevant to them aka to the job. Who wants to know about your 1st date or so.

True enough but cover letter is still the most important aspect. They may not look at your resume but im very sure they have gone through your cover letter at least.

Not an always case. I've told them this is what i want and i have proven to them that i can do the job with the right atitude. To my suprise, they even offered me more than what i have asked. The HR ppl know how to evaluate the value of someone. Of course, they (MNCs) dont mind paying extra if the person can do the job and has the right atitude.
