guys, i got question. i go interview before and hr ask me about
"if u are in team to do work, and then you found out one of the member can't/didn't do their work , as a leader/members of team, what should you do?".

actually i have predict this question and already discuss with my friend a night before. my friend say what should i do is i need to find a right/suitable job for the member who can't do their work.

but when i answer the question, that hr say i can't do like that in real job world. because every worker have already assign for their specific work so u cannot change their work at your will.

so, what actually the right answer for this question?
