Thanks for your advice. Maybe it's not really good to send it again and I don't know how to say it in a good way...

Thanks. Maybe I should move on though they really make a good offer during the first interview.

Exactly, why wait around for them to get back to you? Go ahead and apply for other positions that attracts you so that you would have more option and at the same time gain more experience via other interviews thumbup.gif

If i was asked

'When is the soonest you can start work?'
'Can you start work earlier than the date you mentioned?'
And the interviewer talks about some of the company benefits ...

During the 2nd interview.... but they never mentioned that they are hiring me.... does those questions means anything?
*
Well, usually companies that goes into explaining their benefits might be an early sign that they are interested in hiring you.
BUT...know this as long as no offer letter is given to you or until you have signed on the dotted lines...nothing is confirmed..even via verbal..

guise..
2 things in my mind

1) the interviewer sure ask
"why do you leave your current company??"
then i will answer:
"i would like to seek for more opportunity and advancement in my career."
If they ask me to explain more, can i say:
"I has been working with Java for years, and i would like to try new system or tools to expand myself."

is it ok with my answer?? btw, from their job description, they oni using 1-2 tools.

2) 1 more crazy question. >.< how if they ask:
"why do you choose our company?"

then how to answer this 1 leh?@.@ any idea??
*
I don;t think question 2 is a crazy question. It's more of a common question.
Just be truthful to them about how you feel towards the company. Obviously there must be a deciding factor on why you decided to choose that company

always try to ask constructive question, and definitely positive type of questions...there is no right or wrong in asking too many questions...in actual fact it shows that your are very keen on the job
