Yesterday during an interview, I asked the candidate one of the most generic question - "What are your hobbies?". Our intention is just to see how he answers it. We're not interested in knowing whether he likes soccer or basketball or camping. All we wanted to hear is the tone of his voice, body gesture and confidence.

And he answered - "do silly stuff like sleeping". Dude, it's not a cool answer but a foolish one.
