Let's say we are asked do you have any questions to ask towards the end of the interview do we query them back on the general questions or we try to further show we are very eager to land that particular job?

helo, next tues im heading for my 2nd interview....
normally what shd i expect from the 2nd interview???

Second interview usually involves the higher management team as well as potential team members you might work with in the future. It might involve some technical questions but not too much but more importantly is all about whether you can fit in with the team and the company culture. You might be an awesome candidate with top skills but if the team view you cant fit in definitely you will get the boot. biggrin.gif

guys, any chance u think i got the job, since i'm onli candidate that interviewed by the director....

You definitely have the chance. A company wouldn't be bothered to go through so many stages if they are not interested. Why it might take so long is perhaps they really want to make sure you are the right candidate. So just have to hang in there and be positive smile.gif
