I don't know why there is still companies who ask that question. haha those are standard questions where you can find in a book. If they dont need you, they dont need to interview you. If they dont hire you how can they know you can contribute. i once asked the interviewer how should i answer you this kind of question. lol. you have to see my performance for the answer. Did not get an offer from that company, but thank got i did not get. LOL1. why should this company hire you?
