when filling up form before the interview, there will be a column there for my current employer. is it wise to write my superior name there and tick the box that allowed the interviewver to contact my superior?

After 2weeks from 1st interview in this company, I being told to go for lunch session at the company on this wednesday, but I never heard before lunch session? Is it an interview as well? What should I expect?

What questions should I ask? Almost all the questions list in this thread I had asked in previous interview. eg. working environment, culture, company profile, organisation, core technology, the most profit division and etc

thanks
