Hi guys, got some quick question that I wanted to ask about. Im going to have 1st interview in my work life tomorrow. And I was having a question regarding of my pay. Ofcause, Im applying for computer system & technical support post.

I had prepare almost everything for the interview. had read almost all the sitckys and learned about how I gona answer all the "STANDARD" interview question. Just Im lacking the knowledge of answering question which related to pay. I yet drop in my expected salary in my resume. So i assume, maybe during the interview session, the interviwer will gona point this question out ask about. I was wander, how im going to answer question like this:

1. "Whats you expected salary for this post?"
2. "Why do you think that we will pay you for such an offer?"
3. "How much do you think that we will pay for this post?"

Should I just tell them stright away with my desire pay range? Or ask wait the boss/interviewer give an offer then negociate with them?

No flamming on me please. Im just step my foot into working life. There are alots of thing awaiting to discover. I just hope i can gain some useful knowledge or advises from fellow here.

So any kind soul here if you guys got good and nice experience to share with here, do share it with me also. Ragards. Anyways, no hard feeling, I just wanna know then I ask.

Well well.. I just went for my interview! 1hour and 10mins conversation. Haha.. Now waiting for 2nd interview. So far so good. Asked all the expected question that in my thought.

I just wander, what 2nd interview will talk about? Bside pay, what else? Teh working enviroment? And other etc?

Oh yea.. The boss asking me whether i could work for 2 task or not. Beside the computer support that im apply for, and also do marketing. Meaning do sales of selling the company products. Well.. I just answer as if the boss could give me a chance, i would tke the challenge. Wander will be a good answer or not, but i just answer with what im my mind.

Guess the pay will be slightly more higher right? Haha.. Wander will got commission or not on selling that company software. :heh:

Hey guys... Not sure if this a right place to ask.

Anyways, I was in the mid of looking around to hop out form my existing environment (basically reached the learning threshold where I'm here for 3yrs), so I come across this one position in Jobstreet (MNC company) and I applied with the sake of trying.

And guess what, their get back to me like 2 days later and arranged for a phone interview last week and now they asking me to fly in this Sat for another interview (to SG btw). Not sure if they gonna spon my ticket, but the guy that interviewed me does ask me to let him know the airfare price.

In fact I'm quite surprise with their decision and in fact I got choke a lil during the 1st phone interview (was half way working and they called in like 20mins later than the said time).

So my question is, am I standing very big chance to get it? Or most MNC will do for the those candidates that they shortlisted?

Mine that, although I've work for 11yrs, but my current company is my second job.
