What is the best answer if the interviewer asking

Your job have a timeline. Eg: If in certain month you cannot meet a dateline due to uncertain circumstances from your reporting line. Some boss will say no for any delay or not meet the dateline.

What is always they are looking / asking at?

I got 2nd interview schedule on next week, probably head of dept with another 1 panel from independent department is the interviewer.
