-About yourself -About your education background -About your working background -About your strenght and weakness -About your leisure that help in undertaking (reading etc) -About your understanding and your stand against the company -About your extreme interest to join the company and there can be other value that you can put in to strenghten your undertaking |

Second interview will be more on company briefing and usually the HR will be accompany by GM of the company and so on...
