One of the ways to get prepared is to prepare a few scenarios and situations that you have gone through and be prepared to go through them in detail, more like a behavioural interview. I think the main purpose of the interview is to see whether you fit into the culture of the company and based on first impression, as to whether you have what it takes to be a team player in getting the job done.
