QUOTE(siaolang @ Jun 27 2008, 10:13 PM) I recently went to a few of interviews and have been asked what other companies I'm interviewing for. So I did tell them the kind of companies I interview with, but sometimes the interviewers will ask what's the company name? So should I answer it honestly? or can I say sth like "I choose not to tell"? I feel that such questions are so intimidating and don't feel like answering it. My answer would be "I'm attending a few interviews this week with companies in the same industry or for position in a similar level". They should not ask where. And you can also do a bit white lie by saying "despite having few interviews, i am more excited to be here in this company and hope this sessions would be a fruitful one".

Sara Lee? That's a good company. But since you're not into sales, then better luck next time

QUOTE(mrsbrightside @ Aug 27 2008, 11:59 AM) what's the most effective way to answer tell me bout urself ques if for a fresh grad? In short, tell them bout ur self in shirt, where from, how old etc...try to avoid going through the whole CV of yours. Then tell them about your education and your activities/projects in uni. That's it since you dont have experience. No worries. For a more detailed answer, get my e-book (see sig below)
