Hi all, I was asked by an interviewer above question:

1) Would you describe why you are qualified for this job(Programmer/techinical support)?

my answer: because i got study before and graduated diploma in IT, some knowledge in installing and maintenance of computers .

2) Could you describe some particular tough problems you have had to deal with?
my answer:....................

anyone have any idea how to answe this question with more standard?
