hi all, i just wanna ask one ques. I received a call from a company the other day but I didnt notice there was a call (yes stupid me) ... I think they wanted to call me up for an interview since I applied for a job with them...by the time I realized, there was this miss call already. I tried to call back the number but it went straight into their answering machine.. sigh. Now im wondering whether they will call me back or not already T_T

I tried to call back the number countless times already. Each time was the same response - the messages for this person is full...bla bla. then we will transfer u to some other ppl who can help u... then a while more, the transfer was unsuccessful.Oh ya, for some reason, the answering machine didnt let me leave a message since it was full. Everytime also the same thing. I think they purposely put their phone on answering machine. I tried calling the main branch to direct me to hr department but they didnt wan to. Then when I told them my prob, they said i can only wait and they will call me back. but until today, no call. Oh ya, the company is IBM anyway. zzzzz.

hi all, i would like to ask a quick question. Today I went for an interview for a job and I decided to turn the offer down ..since I got better offer somewhere. but this job was actually referred by someone my uncle knows. Meaning my uncle actually asked for his fren's help working in that company (is it called inside referral?)..So can someone teach me how to turn them down politely?I dont want to embarass or disapoint my uncle.. @_@
