I just got a job quite recently and it is all boils down to selling yourself in terms of confidence. Being prepared is definitely a must but do not be too "computer-like". The questions that I got was:

1. Introduce yourself?
2. Why do you choose this field?
3. Now can you tell me what value can you contribute to the company?
4. What are your 5 strengths?
5. What are your 5 weakness?
6. What makes you different from other people?

I guess questions do vary across different companies but it boils down to the confidence you can project to people and make them decide that you are the one I am looking for.
