What about my situation? I worked for 1 year and 5 months for this company.Then I got promoted to a managerial role.But the salary offered to me is lower than my previous job.They revise my salary based on my basic salary not on my experience.Because of i'm not satisfied with that condition, I left the company. By that time I got pregnant and I know it quite difficult to get a job while pregnant. So, I decided not to work until I deliver the baby. After 9 months jobless and my baby almost 4 months old now,and now I got job interview. So my questions here, what can I tell the employer about the time gap i'm being jobless.May I tell them i'm jobless (9 months) because of I want to focus on my pregnancy?or can you suggest any other answer? Do company accepted to hire a married woman with a baby?
