2) I really do not how to say this in a nice fashion.  What do you have say something this nasty?? It is really bad manner to say you going to replace someone.  You could have something like this:

I am hopeful that I could do as well as you and have a similiar position like you.

Don't this sound a lot of better and you are less likely to offend anyone??

1) Do you really will turn down a job offer just because of $300 per month difference?? Is it really a  big deal to you???

2) If it is a good job, $300 more or less will not matter.  If $300 matter that much to you, will you be sending a signal that you will leave if someone pay you $300 more??

3) How did you really say you $300 more matter a hell lot also??

IMHO, I will more likely to do and say this. 

I really like your company and your job offer.  I will accept the job offer at $3,000.  But, if it is possible, I would like to be paid at $3,300 per month because of xyz and so on.  In any case, I will accept the job offer whether it is $3,000 or $3,300.

In most cases, the way you say $3,300 is probably a hell less tactful that the way I presented.. Am I right???

then, the interviewer face suddenly have a bit changes..... bit annoyed or frustrated....
then the interviewer said: let me ask u a question, why should I hire u?

Some companies require you to bring your pay slip when interview. Can we refuse to bring or show? It seems like you are not interested with that job if you decline.

I want to know what should I answer if I'm asked "How many interviews have you been before this?". I was asked this question a few days ago. Should I give an honest answer? Thats what I gave the interviewer. I told them that I've only went for one interview (acutally I've went for two but I don't think it makes much difference anyway). They also asked about the company and how the interview went. Or is there a better way to answer?

I have another question. Its not an interview question though but anyway...
A few days ago theres this company that gave me a call. Probably asking me to go for an interview because I did applied for a position there. We were in the middle of a conversation when all of a sudden the line went bad and we can't hear each other. At the end the line went off. I waited for the person to call back but he never did. What should I do? Should I call him back? Because I'm really interested in the job and I've been waiting a long time for their call. Now when they finally called, things went wrong. I'm not sure if the person would even remember me if I called back.

Intersting. I assume that by answering it this way. You are showing that you are in demand and that they did better offer a good salary to attract you?

As for answering question in interview IMHO you should answer ASAP. I answer all my question ASAP but depending on the question i would ask them to clarify it as to not to give the wrong answer. Because sometime they will give a very confusing question.

2) This is like any kind of negotiation.  You do not tell everything to the people that you are negotiating to.

This is not as relevant to junior level people.  But, for senior level people, there is really not a min/max salary level.  Especially, for people that are revenue/profit generating.

If a company believe that by hiring you, they can make 10 times Y more money.  They will definitely consider paying you a salary of  Y.  Budget is not an issue for profit generating person.  Now, the question is can you convince the employer they can make 10Y more profit with you??

If i go for an interview, and they are satisfied with me & would like to employ me. Will it be rude for me to pop up the question how much are they offering to me?

i'd encountered an interview before, they said wanna hire me... Didn't mention the salary part. Just asked me how is my decision. Then I was some kind of loss for words-- thinking how to ask about the salary..

If I wanna ask.. what is the proper way?
