Can anyone tell me how to stand out in a crowd? I mean how to be seen, I know one this is to be confident of yourself and have no barriers but thats not enough, hmmm

Personality and Charisma is most important, first impression last forever. Usually too friendly is not that good during interviews also, have to be more serious
