I just wonder one thing what happen if we last log in at the barrens and than play after purchased Catac, since the barrens have change and got the lava middle of it.

so far i haven't seen anything new in cata that makes me wanna come back, aside from maybe rated BGs. but putting together 15 competant players(let alone 40??) is gonna be so time consuming it's probably not worth the hassle. some new skills/spells that barely changes the way you play, will probably get bored with it in a month.

Hunter - Arrows and pets Shaman (Elemental) - Nature magic. Totems (gives buffs) can be slightly annoying or interesting (depends on you) Priest (Shadow) - Shadow damage. Heals party and provides mana rejuv while damaging enemy. Not sure if I have left any out, should be it. |

I believe OffGamers is launching Cata tomorrow at their place in Pudu. Walk in and buy the box sets there might be a good idea.

Any idea if Offgamers will still have stock later tonight or if any other stores will be stocking Cata today? Will only be able to head out and get a copy after work today

Wth just got a copy of my Cataclysm but when I entered the key code, it says error occured. Anybody experienced that before? Or we are not allow to key in the code until 4pm today?

Just for all info, if you have patch 4.0.3a installed,DO NOT install the files from the DVD,it will revert you back to patch 4.0 and you need to re-download the patch again up to current version(around 6GB).
So just upgrade your account to Cata in the battle.net account and run the launcher.I found it the hard way when i installed the files from the DVD. Hope this helps.Enjoy your leveling! Haha sorry bro, i just finished copying my housemate Data folder from his PC because he already downloaded the full patch.And after that everything is working okay again.
I've been busy posting in the wow forum for this problem, lol How many Gig you need to download again? |

Well too late I suppose, because I was patching my wrath to cata bout 7GB afterwards I install the cata DVD hence now I have to repatch.

Well the solution is either you have the backup of your previous wow patch 4.0.3a and copy it again.Or you have to wait for the download to finish.

I just got a huge ass glitch for the Vashj quest, from SW harbor

Can someone be nice to start a new topic like "THING YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT CATA"
ask them dont install from the cd if they download b4... and tell them questing is impossible atm.. so dont bother.. 90% hardcore guilds are all running instance only.. mostly lv81 by the time i log in which is an hr after cata is up.. |

I was in.. did dungeon twice because questing is impossible..
Then I logged for dinner at 6+.. came back around 7.. tried to log in and got 3k queue... now 9+ still got 1k to go.. |

Have no problems with server queues or not getting xp from quests.. so far

It's not that bad in Thaurissan, managed to hit level 81 last night.
The starting place in Vash'jir was madness! lol For some strange reason the leveling in Mt.Hyjal is pretty smooth not as crowded as in Vash'jir. |

Gundrak was empty. That and there were only a handful of people doing low-level quests.
By the way, since when did out-of-combat health/mana regen get buffed to this insane rate? Leveled 1 - 20 without using a single drink, food or bandage... |

Well for cooking and First Aid still has it uses, remember at level 85, our toon has higher HP pool and it will take sometime toregen back HP/mana than the low levels.The changing is for low levels, if you've been playing since vanilla/BC era, it's pain in the ass to level because you need to rely on food/drink to regen after you fight a mob/bunch of mobs. |
