QUOTE(sonyman @ Oct 14 2010, 01:58 PM) I dont know, somehow, other brand on my car get about 600 less 20km or so with about the same driving condition. Im happy as long as the car can still get close to 600km or less. I travel outside. So route is not the same. but one thing can control my driving style. Never accurate just an near estimate. Last time with RON 97 4 years ago i had a record of 700 km milage for my Old car. which i think it is near empty. Today i can never get those figures anymore. 600 is best i can get. And last time RON97 costed only 1.85 Feel like being conned into RON95.

QUOTE(lunateck @ Oct 14 2010, 01:54 PM) Cybermaster, what fuel gives u the most mileage? I dont know. I can only use Shell as my company pays for my fuel usage. Anyway, i only use the V-Power 97.

QUOTE(zeus2005 @ Oct 16 2010, 12:00 PM) So do you own a nissan car before?!! If not then how you compare it between toyota and nissan and come out with the statement of yours above? 7.5 years of toyota service experiences compared with 7.5 years of nissan service experiences. Compare apple with apple dude. You are the one who didn't get it!! I gave u my brief experiences with Toyota and till now u couldnt say anything great about Nissan Tell me in what way NIssan is better than Toyota then if u can. U cant and thats the problem.

I got my Nissan Sentra N16 couple of months ago. So far, the service is OK for me, price is also acceptable.
Last 2 days, i collected Toyota Vios on behalf of my sis. As I'm waiting for the mileage 1000KM service, so I would like to know how much it cost for the car service?
I'm a bit concern as the Toyota salesman told me that I can service my car outside after the warranty period has expired. (Could it be the price?)

Of course it is the price. They have to pay admins, cleaners, service personel, aircon, free biscuit/milo/nasi lemak... etc.
You can skip all those, and service the car outside. Service charge of RM20 vs RM75~RM100.
Added on October 16, 2010, 10:39 pmAnyway just test drove Altis 2.0 today. All I can say is, I would get it instead of Civic or Sylphy - for the overall feeling of the car.
But the price is a bit over and doesn't have much compartment for putting stuff.

A normal Maxcheck 1 service for fully synthetic oil, gasket, filter plus other small add-ons will cost you only RM 290 (including tax & labor). It still might be a bit more than what you pay outside but you get the peace of mind. Toyota is 1 of the few manufacturers who offer u 1 year warranty on whatever parts and services you have done after the main vehicle warranty is over. Ive used toyota for the past 7.5 yrs and serviced at many service centres around west malaysia and i would still encourage you to service at Toyota.

Rm103800 If wait till end of the year.. maybe the price will drop few more k.. =) http://www.mudah.my/Nissan+sylphy+2+0+bran...les-5583732.htmNo its not cheap. Based on the specs provided, its the premium package costing RM 120,380 (OTR-original price). Right now Nissan is offering up to 8K discount for brand new Sylphys. So this premium model would originally cost about RM 112K only. But they are selling this 2nd hand pre-registered used car for RM 103K which is only 9K lower. Most cars drop alot within the first 3 yrs especially the 1st year. So the price tag of RM103K is still too high especially since its common knowledge that Nissan doesnt hold its value as well as Toyota or Honda.
