Just hold this in urself. You don't mess with people, people will not mess with you. All organization got good and bad side. Not all malays, chinese, or indian racist right? Same like them. Some good. Some bad. I do agree that those newbie always the one who create problem. I'm not one of them. But i do know some of them.
