QUOTE(Wyxor @ Oct 1 2010, 08:55 AM) I'm just wondering if any of you guys here has the same problem as I do. correct me if I'm wrong but do we need 1.7 to run promod? Cause if yes, most CC doesn't update their copy of CODSome cyber cafes like FTZ and T-Bun are not a pain in the ass as you can find promod easily installed in their COD4. Many other cyber cafes, on the other hand, do not seem to have promod in it. To make things worse, it seems that you cannot put in the promod files under the Activision/Call Of Duty 4/Mods folder because they got it hidden. To avoid people from copying, I guess. So my question is that are there any solutions to counter this problem? Because yea the promod files must be put inside the COD4 folder but I just can't get to go inside it. |

I'm not sure if you could apply this on other CCs, but I always do this in Net Studio:
1. right click on desktop 2. New -> Shortcut 3. type in the directory of the game (takes a bit of wild guess). "D:\COD4" in Net Studio. 4. Click Next -> Finish Alternatively, you can download the trial version of Fraps, and browse through those hidden folders while in installation mode.
