i pre-order the "digital copy" from offgamer since 1 months ago.. today, they send me the 20digit primary CD-keys and the 16digit rubbish key (label as item code)

explain to them via live chat multiple times, told the item key supposedly a 20digit key... they just denied it =_=

anyway, created a new char in wutai now... may need re-rolls later ><
