the registration number is 5 sequence code... it is found at the back of your FF manual. In addition to the manual, there are 2 papers slotted. 1 for your in game item
which is also a 5 sequence code..

Another paper is to use for SE community in UK/US which is only 4 sequence codes. You can ignore this for now.

Remember to type in the registration code which will prompt you to create new/replace OB account.., choose replace if you want to retain your OB character name.. After that key in your item code.. type them here https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/. if you do not have an SE account, create first.
