Lol a 4.0 from Gamespot. Anyone got any arguements about their review points?

Well i'm not arguing but is too early to give a judgment verdict over a game that was just release like what, 1-2 weeks old? is a MMO not a single player. If FF14 is a single player game, i would agree 100% but no this is a mmo. have to wait till they iron out most stuff to make it look polish.

Quite agree on shoji's reply. Still early to decide anything on FFXIV. Should give SE more time to improve FFXIV. Maybe later PS3 player will get some polished gameplay. Damn... We PC player shall be playing paid open beta lol

at the moment 4 is a fair score, the game is exactly like ff11 when it launched but hey i guess the japs didnt learn crap after 8 years and unless they can get their fix together 4 is all they can get.

even ppl in japan is giving it 1/5 stars saying the game has no point and shouldn't bother with it. se has announced plz stop reviewing ff14 until later........ lol.

Yes, a player can hold up to 8 linkshells including your own.

I agree, SE rushed this, but overall, is a nice and nifty game anyway at it current state, to me is just hardcore xD but im having a blast of my time in there.

What matters most is you have people to play with and have fun together.
I know there's certain issues and such, and hope that SE polishes it along the way.

your graphic card may need to change. =\ its best perform in 9000 series and 400 series card. You might want to consider more RAM.

Gamespot usually compares games within it's genre. Thus it's a pretty strict review and rating done by them. With FF14 that is released with so many things not sorted out, it would lose it's potential to other games, especially to games like WoW. Just hope within the first month itself SE makes enough changes to keep ppl playing and make the game better or they're gonna lose a lot of it's players withing the second month.

Yes, i do agree, but is stupid to judge a game comparing with a game that is already out for years, that comparing a game to a game that is already polish, is just plain stupid and unfair.

Your CPU have to run in 3.0Ghz at least .. or OC it to 3.0Ghz

I think you have to upgrade your CPU cuz this game CPU hungry..

in my work place i use M11x to play that have much most config then yours
only can do crafting work,but not mining
but u always start with the lowest setting and lowest resolution
if don wan to do major update..

but on my desktop i run the game on an ancient 9800gx2 work great at 720p in 32'
