Very sorry for late reply. We did send you a message earlier, but did not reach. Maybe due to line problem~

Pos Ekspres-
Don't need signature upon arrival. Dijamin sampai esok for certain areas. So it normally take 2-3 working days to reach your hand upon postage. Due to it not needing signature, it is better if you're at home to catch the envelope. Got tracking number also. However if record shown it had reach your place, but it had lost due to some reason (maybe got people took it) then we will not be responsible. Otherwise this is the cheapest postage method already, and many buyers used it too. Be prepare sometimes there's delay by post office in very minor percentage.

Pos Laju-
It will need your signature upon items reaching your place. Reach the next day after postage, but prepare for 2-3 working days arrival also. If nobody at home at that time, you will have to collect it from post office ya. Safer, but more expensive =)

And very sorry dear. We only have Maybank currently. You can ask help from friend to transfer also ^^

We will soon review our delivery method and chargers. This is due to some bad experience with Pos Ekpress where by some of our customer did not receive their product after we deliver with Pos Express.

But a gesture of good faith, we resent the product to our customer. We can't be doing this so frequent...
