you only be able to take screen shoot, change CPU frequency, re-flashing firmware, uninstall stock apps, etc after rooted

Use 3rd party SMS apps, "Handcent SMS", everyone using it

So far the apps i using are Handcent sms, papago, ATK, facebook, barcode scanner, Tubemate, Android System Info, QQ Handwriting, GPS Test, GPS Booster, ColorDict, RockPLayer, 天天动听, Astro File Manager, Applanet, Android Master. The must have apps are highlighted................

Installed papago x5 but dont know how to use it.

It keeps appearing in Kuala Lumpur (jln P ramlee area) but my place is in klang. The satelite dish at the top right keeps blinking. May I have any guidance here?

The satellite is not on top of malaysia sky, it need vertical open space to detect it.

Whats the meaning of conventional keypad?

The phone come with on screen qwerty, swype, chinese pinyin, 9 button number, 9 button alphabet (like the phone that use physical keypad, button "1" is abc, button "2" is def)

wow.. getting used to my 1st smartphone samsung g5.
reali a great great gadget.

1st time using gps today, jz for testing, amazingly working great!
took me about 3 minutes to lock the satelite.
also experienced hsdpa download speed in a phone today, the feeling is just great!

when search thru internet, i found there are so so many useful apps.
reali makes life easier and better.

the worst part of it is, froyo, when r u coming?
i m sure the apps2sd app can cause the value of g5 increase a huge.
pray hard, froyo must come to g5.

you have to change the input method to diochinese, then go to keyboard setting set to pinyin then u can type chinese.
or u can also install chinese input app, with more enhance features if compare to built-in chinese input.

Nobody ever compare it, but i think it a bit better than iphone.

-off 3G all the time
-A bit sms
-A bit calling (not many)
-On wifi and online for few hour
-Play game for 1 hour

battery stand me 2-3 day
