Its meaning Galaxy 5 GPS signal is weak compare to E71...........

have you activated the a-gps (with gprs on)?

Except for the "GPS Booster", another apps "GPS optimisation"

"GPS optimisation", according to a I5500 user, it worked.........hey guy try it out

According to Samsung Official announcement, Galaxy S gps problem will improve on froyo update

This apps is for solve the I5800 GPS bug issue.........might work on I5500 too

99% is your setting problem...........

you need to follow your laptop setting, most possibility your laptop and aztec modem are not using DHCP

Dont manually add the wifi, let it detect automatically............

your modem should let it broadcast, if your Galaxy 5 unable automatic detect, high possible the modem broadcast is off........

You know how to view the IP configuration on your laptop?
