Anyone got this phone from GNEX in SS15? The G5 sells for RM650 over there but the shop doesn't look as reputable as Samsung shop which sells for RM699
*

Yea, sounds stupid to me.

How much you bought it for? Ori? How to prove its 100% ori?
*
hmm.gif I think no AP for G5 in market now............the Ori come with the box with same IMEI with the phone, warranty by Samsung Malaysia (with warranty card)

i m living in ipoh, for ipoh, it is accurate.
for me, papago still takes very long time to lock satellite.
ndrive can do it faster even indoor.

just tat ndrive navigation interface is a bit simple, it cant show up all detail at the same time, for instance u can either choose 2 details from driving speed, remaining time to reach destination, time estimated to reach destination, remaining distance.

but i found maps of ndrive looks nicer.

smile.gif Hey bro, dont say sorry..............i just to hope solve your problem
here for your reference, might can help

Do remember, G5's GPS unable lock satellite in indoor, pls test it outdoor

1.Go to "Setting" - Location & Security - Use Wireless Networks(always keep tick)
2.Go to "Setting" - Location & Security - Use GPS Satellite (always keep tick)
3.Go to Android market download and install the apps "GPS Booster"
4.Restart phone
5.Go to outdoor (without tall building surrounding within 100m)
6.Open Papago

1st 1-3 times might need longer locking time, later will get better and better

Optional : You can download "GPS Test" at Android market to view the satellite connection status
*
Hey dude, finally I got my GPS worked!

It couldn't still lock the satellite when I went outside of my terrace house, where tall buildings are even not around.
But this morning when I went to the driving range, while swinging I left my phone on the floor, then after a few minutes the satellite was detected! Then I took the opportunity to go back home using the GPS, and to my surprise, Papago is that quite accurate.

Thanks man for the guide.
