This seller want to exchange hotlink reload with me for digi reload.
This seller transferred only portion of hotlink reload and told me he do not have enough credit in the account to top up that time.
This seller told me he need the digi reload urgently and I consider the urgentcy and I provided the digi reload.

This seller promised to provide the hotlink reload today 8 jun 2015 before 7am, but, no reload until now 8 jun 2015 10:30 am.
This seller also blocked all my whatsapp msg and call.

I had deal with this seller few times with phone no below.
