i bought a used phone I8910 from *-a|i3n-*,

the guy COD with me, i tested, everything works fine. bt i never tot of checking dead pixel. and the
dead pixel is very insignificant, need to use white bg like surf net only can c clearly.
i found out when i lay on bed surfing under darkness.

i cod with him on around 7pm, play and found out the problem at around 10pm.
sms him, he said "where o?""tomorrow i ask my boss first"

of coz, he told me boss dun wan refund. i ask hw bout just some refund, like rm100? he said try ask again. of coz again, wont refund.

ask him about the shop name, boss phone no. etc, he keep saying he scared been fired...

I KNOW THERE IS NO WARRANTY GIVEN. BUT WHY LESS THAN 24 HRS, AND IN 3 HRS FURTHERMORE, THE PHONE GOT FAULTY???
i think the phone is faulty at first, but HE IS TRYING LUCK THAT I WONT NOTICE IT

he told me that "No problem i wont sell faulty phone de. I wont take out faulty phone for sell"

Now , what i wanna say is, he is irresponsible or? i know there is no PW as stated, but is it i should just admit that i am stupid?
what can i do to make him not sell oth ppl those things again? he has got many star ratings...
why ah, even COD, also not safe?

UPDATE: The phone camera got about 3 to 4 pixels now.also, tested in darkness but bit light condition... sigh...

UPDATE 2: THE USB CABLE NOT WORKING, can only charge... Wat the... That time no pc to test, and never think it not works... lucky the charger works.

a tiny dead pixel is not faulty...

u go buy new set also same rule apply, only consider faulty if more than 7 / 8 dead pixel.

yeap i bought new set under maxis plan also got 1 bright pixel and it is always obvious
they dont accept any change also

sorry, forgot mention. Is used set more than one year.

i think nothing you can do to him also in this case.
u should request him provide maybe 1-3 days personal warranty..so that you can check is it USB cable function or not...
somemore when COD .. u cant really check everythings On the Spot if you are not familiar with the phone ..
how long did you check the phone when cod ?

yea, when buying electronic stuff... don't make 'QUICK DEAL'... if PS3 games ok la...
