Some tips:

-Stay in the middle, DON'T GO TO THE WINGS. The fullbacks will take care of that area
-Mark the striikers in the box when the opponent is on the wings because you need to clear the cross away(this is VERY important)
-Follow the defensive line, play the opponent's strikers offside
-Block passing lanes, don't allow them to pass into space
-Follow their runners, but remember to hold back and play them offside when you have the chance
-When the opponent is at the edge of the box, go in and tackle, don't slide unless necessary, standing tackle

Friendly games very laggy. Dunno why, maybe crappy server. League or cup games less laggy from my exp.
