My short review
At the moment I bought power stated ~ 80% from1120mAH
Charged : Samsung Ace Plus 1300mAH x 3
Nokia N79 1200mAh x 1
Nokia 1050mAH x1
( roughly total ~ 6000mAH)
current power stated ~ 40%

others:
1) 2A port cannot charge all above phone.
only can charge with 1A port
maybe high end phone can be charge by 2A port

2) 1A or 2A cannot charge my bluetooth headset (BH-102)

I not yet recharge the power bank, so no review on recharge
