That 3k is per annum. so i convert and round it up to RM 11k. that's like 900 per month. I think not so accurate ba the should be around 1.3-1.5k but maybe it's really that low.

Hmm, not even 2m people earning 5k? i was under the impression that anyone above 5 years experience in IT should be earning around that zone though - well that of course depends on which company. Normally, MNC would've paid that much I'd say.
