hi, I was wondering to get a PB (perhaps used one) to use at home (media, simple web browsing), maybe sometimes out on the road for GPS.. questions are:

- is wifi only enough or 4g version better?
- is the battery life and smoothness very different?
- both can sideload android app or only a certain model can?
