i'm a newbie, havent touch any dslr before, there are few options in my hand and i don't know which one would benefit me more, could you help me?

sony nex f3 kit

or

nikon 3100 with dx 35mm f1.8 lens

or

nikon 3200 with kit lens


or you might have better suggestion for a newbie?
