How to overclock amd phenom fx5000, Help, i'm new

i had unlock my athlon x2 5000 to phenom fx5000. but now i like to overclock it. had try overclock with gigabyte mobo software, but seem won't work. i;m using gigabyte ma74gm-s2 motherboard. any one can help?Thanks.
